Founded in 1944 as a company that upcycles food waste into value added products, Milk Specialties Global (MSG) has grown to be a leading manufacturer of protein and other food ingredients. Headquartered in Minnesota, MSG exports food and dairy ingredients to 42 countries on six different continents. MSG has a facility in Norfolk, Nebraska.
