The Women in Bioscience Scholarship was designed to provide financial assistance to women, as well as provide mentorship and recognition to exceptional students committed to the biosciences. Applications were accepted from women in Nebraska who are pursuing an associate or undergraduate degree in a bioscience-related field at a Nebraska university, college, or community college as a freshman or sophomore in the 2024-2025 academic year.
“We are honored to support these talented women as they pursue their studies right here in Nebraska,” said Rob Owen, Executive Director of Bio Nebraska. “This scholarship not only provides financial assistance but also recognizes the important role women play in advancing the biosciences.”
