For our April Member Spotlight, we spoke with Streck about how they support clinical and research laboratories around the world, with the goal of creating a safer, healthier, and more productive world.

Tell us about Streck.

Streck is a company with a strong foundation in scientific innovation. Our story began in 1971 when Dr. Wayne Ryan developed groundbreaking cell stabilization technology that enabled accurate automated blood cell analysis. Today, we hold hundreds of patents and offer a diverse range of products designed to address the needs of clinical and research laboratories worldwide. We’re Nebraska born and raised – we operate out of a 278,000 square foot facility in La Vista. 

What products/services do you offer?

Streck offers a range of products and services designed to give laboratories and health care providers confidence in the validity of their results. We develop and manufacture quality controls that help labs monitor instrument performance, verify testing accuracy and meet regulatory requirements and stabilization products that allow labs to preserve sample quality during transport and storage. We also work closely with laboratories to provide tailored support for their ongoing needs. 

Who are your customers and where are they located? 

Streck serves thousands of laboratories worldwide. Our customers include clinical laboratories, research institutions and some of the most prominent instrument manufacturers in the health care and diagnostics industries.
