Bio Nebraska and the Bio Nebraska Foundation announced they are accepting applications for the newly launched Bio Nebraska REACH Scholarship, designed to support and empower women who are nearing the completion of their undergraduate education in a bioscience-related field of study.
The Bio Nebraska REACH Scholarship is being introduced in addition to the existing Bio Nebraska and Marylinn Munson STEM Scholarship and Women in Bioscience Scholarship. This new scholarship is specifically designed to provide financial assistance to students with at least a junior standing in a four-year curriculum or have more than 50 percent of credits needed for a degree in a two-year curriculum and need additional support to complete their degrees. Up to two $5,000 scholarships will be awarded for the 2025-2026 academic year to students enrolled at a Nebraska college, community college or university.
Scholarship applications must be received before 9:00 a.m. CDT on April 30, 2025. Scholarship recipients will be announced in June 2025. For more information, visit the Bio Nebraska REACH Scholarship page.
