Bio Nebraska announced today it will welcome three new Directors to its Board beginning January 1, 2025, and has re-elected three of its current board members to each serve a second term. Additionally, Bio Nebraska announced the departure of two Directors whose terms are set to expire at the end of the year.
Bio Nebraska’s Incoming Directors:
- Kristen Bernhard, Founder and CEO, Daro
- Eric Clark, Co-Founder and CO-CEO, GMP Pros
- Kate A. Engel, Executive Director, Nebraska Innovation Campus Development Corporation
Bio Nebraska’s Re-Elected Directors:
- Brook Aken, Director Economic Development & External Relations, OPPD
- Charley Cull, Vice President of Research & Development, Midwest Veterinary Services
- Laurie Reagan, Plant Manager, BD North America Molding Center

- Brad Roth, Consultant, NUtech Ventures, University of Nebraska-Lincoln

Bio Nebraska’s Board of Directors consists of 19 Directors who represent industries across Nebraska’s biosciences including human health, animal health, agriculture, renewable fuels and biomanufacturing. Directors include four representatives from the University of Nebraska system, one representative of Nebraska’s community colleges and one from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development.
